Ingredients
120g (1/2 cup) soy milk
120g (1/2 cup) coffee
110g (1/2 cup) pumpkin puree
1 tsp sugar or other sweetener, more for sweeter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Heat over medium heat, frequently stirring until simmering. Adjust the sweetness to taste.
Remove from heat and serve.
